Arriving gradually—quietly, patiently—revealing depth and complexity. The early morning glow unfurls slowly, much like the nuanced flavors in a well-aged whisky, each moment contributing to a richer experience. Just as whisky draws from the wood, absorbing its character and warmth with each passing year, first light draws from the dark of night, absorbing the promise of the day, unfolding layer by layer. Both processes evoke a sense of anticipation, of something slowly coming into being—refined, mellowed, and more profound for the time it took to get there.
Tasting Notes
NOSE

Meadow flowers and lily pollen blend with light honey and milk chocolate. Notes of peach skin and hazelnut appear, with a hint of golden syrup, white tea, and pepper in the background.

Palate

Caramelised apples and sweet pastry, touched with cinnamon and liquorice, bring a rich, spicy bite. Ginger, white chocolate, oak, and maple syrup add sweetness and warmth.

Finish

Deep and fruity, the whisky balances sweetness and spice. A long, satisfying finish leaves rich, lingering layers on the palate.
